Getting help

One person maintains this app, and that person reads every message.

Contact

Email support@signalpostapps.com. That address reaches Adam Abubaker, who wrote the app and answers its support.

Response time: within two business days, usually sooner. If you have not heard back in three, assume the message went astray and send it again — that is far more likely than it having been ignored.

Support is in English, and it is included in the price. There is no separate support plan to buy.

Before you write

Three problems account for most of the mail, and all three have answers in the troubleshooting section:

What to include

If none of those fit, send whatever of the following you have. Any one of them helps; all four make it quick.

Please do not send your Resend API key. It is never needed to diagnose anything, and no legitimate support request will ever ask you for it. If you have already sent one anywhere, revoke it in Resend and issue a new one.

Bugs and feature requests

Both go to the same address. This version ships one rule — new comment, to the assignee and reporter, on every project — and what people ask for is what decides the next release. Per-project rules, other trigger events, and a recipient picker are the three most-requested things and are not built yet. Saying you want one is how it moves up.

Reporting a security issue

Email the same address with security in the subject line, and expect an acknowledgement within two business days. Please do not open a public Marketplace review for a security matter — it puts other customers at risk before there is a fix available.

Reports made in good faith are welcome and will not be met with legal threats. Confirmed issues are fixed to Atlassian’s Marketplace timeframes: critical within 10 days, high within four weeks. Affected customers are notified directly.

Refunds and cancellation

Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Atlassian rather than by this app, under the Marketplace terms that applied when you subscribed. Cancel or change your subscription from Apps → Manage apps in your Jira site’s administration. Anything Atlassian’s billing support cannot resolve, write to me and I will help push it along.

If the app is ever discontinued

You would be told before it happened, not after, with enough notice to move. Your data lives in your own Jira site and your own Resend account, so nothing of yours is trapped inside the app — uninstalling removes its settings and its delivery log, and your email account carries on working exactly as before.
